Ryan Holley

Ryan Holley is the Head Teaching Professional at Peak Performance Golf, whose main focus is to help golfers of all abilities create a desirable ball flight by educating them on cause and effect. Ryan believes that training and coaching is vital in skill development and reaching your long term goals but wants to assist players in becoming less reliant on their coach as their skills increase. Prices for Private Lessons with Ryan will determine on memberships, as well a lesson plans.

He believes in the importance of using technology to help expedite the learning process and is trained in FlightScope based learning, educated in the application of MySwing 3D and how the role of functional movement plays in skill development through his certification by Titleist Performance Institute.

Ryan is also a very accomplished club fitter. He has been honored by Accra Golf, Fujikura Golf as a Top 50 fitter in the world and by KZG Golf as Club Fitter of the Year. He spent two seasons with PGA golf Tour Canada as their preferred equipment supplies, fitting their players to ensure their equipment performed at the highest possible level. His approach to fitting is simple: if your equipment gets in the way of improvement it needs to change.

Ryan does majoried of this lessons out of Peak Performance Golf in Vaughan, Ontario but can teach oncourse in the Summer.


Brad DeLuca

Brad DeLuca is a PGA of Canada Class A Member, coaching professional and head Youth Development Coach at Peak Performance Golf. Brad’s passion for sport started at an early age. Competing in a number of sports as a junior athlete, Brad developed and honed skills that translated directly to golf throughout his private lessons.

His teaching style involves the use of other sports and consistent reinforcement to enhance athletic development and the proper movement patterns in the golf swing. He believes the development of hand-eye coordination plays a vital role in a child’s early & continued success.

Brad has been heavily involved with youth development since 2010. Most recently, he has been the primary junior coach at The Granite Club. He has also been actively involved in the junior programs at both Bayview Golf and Country Club and The Country Club (formerly the Toronto Board of Trade). Brad is very excited to be part of the Peak team and is looking forward to continuing to develop skills within his golf instructions for golfers of all ages. 

Brad does majority of his golf lessons at Peak Performance Golf located in Vaughan, Ontario but can teach oncourse in the Summer. 


Reggie Millage

Reggie Millage is recognized as one of Canada’s top High Performance Coaches. He is currently the Head Coach for Golf Ontario and has an extensive professional and amateur golf playing background.

Reggie attended Virginia Commonwealth University on a golf scholarship and was twice named Conference Player of Year. He was a member of Golf Canada’s National team and played professionally for a number of years.

As a coach Reggie has coached Canadian Jr Champions, Ontario Amateur Champions, and numerous Provincial Jr Champions. He continues to work with these athletes as they earn scholarships and compete in the NCAA. He’s been coaching here at Peak Performance Golf since 2012.

Reggie grew up in the Peterborough area but now lives in Milton. He was inducted into the Peterborough and District Sports Hall of Fame in 2018.  He has been teaching private lessons at Peak Performance Golf - which is located in Vaughan, Ontario.  Golf instructions can be booked through Reggie himself, or through the front desk at Peak.
