About Our Coaching Instructors

Ryan Holley

Ryan Holley is the Head Teaching Professional at Peak Performance Golf, whose main focus is to help golfers of all abilities create a desirable ball flight by educating them on cause and effect. Ryan believes that training and coaching is vital in skill development and reaching your long term goals but wants to assist players in becoming less reliant on their coach as their skills increase.

He believes in the importance of using technology to help expedite the learning process and is trained in FlightScope based learning, educated in the application of MySwing 3D and how the role of functional movement plays in skill development through his certification by Titleist Performance Institute.

Ryan is also a very accomplished club fitter. He has been honored by Accra Golf, Fujikura Golf as a Top 50 fitter in the world and by KZG Golf as Club Fitter of the Year. He spent two seasons with PGA Tour Canada as their preferred equipment supplies, fitting their players to ensure their equipment performed at the highest possible level. His approach to fitting is simple: if your equipment gets in the way of improvement it needs to change.

Brad DeLuca

Brad DeLuca is a PGA of Canada Class A Member, coaching professional and head Youth Development Coach at Peak Performance Golf. Brad’s passion for sport started at an early age. Competing in a number of sports as a junior athlete, Brad developed and honed skills that translated directly to golf.

His teaching style involves the use of other sports and consistent reinforcement to enhance athletic development and the proper movement patterns in the golf swing. He believes the development of hand-eye coordination plays a vital role in a child’s early & continued success.

Brad has been heavily involved with youth development since 2010. Most recently, he has been the primary junior coach at The Granite Club. He has also been actively involved in the junior programs at both Bayview Golf and Country Club and The Country Club (formerly the Toronto Board of Trade). Brad is very excited to join the Peak team and is looking forward to continuing to develop skills in golfers of all ages.
